Bio
Amber is a dancer, actress, singer, and dance educator who is currently on Broadway in Disney's The Lion King. A native of Washington, DC, Amber began her classical ballet training at the Washington School of Ballet, and later trained exclusively with the late Fabian Barnes. Amber graduated cum laude from the State University of New York- Purchase, earning her BFA under the tutelage of Kevin Wynn, Richard Cook, Kazuko Hirabayashi, and Ted Kevitt. Amber has performed and toured with the Trey Mcintyre Project, Donald Byrd’s Spectrum Dance Theatre, Wideman/ Davis Dance, Elisa Monte Dance, and Washington Reflections Dance Company.
